Return & Refund Policy

At Shami Fine Watchmaking & Jewelry, we are dedicated to providing you with an unparallelled luxury experience.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.

For all sale (online, in-store and by phone), refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  Eligible merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories if applicable.  All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Shami Fine Watchmaking & Jewelry.

A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL APPROVED RETURNS AND REFUND REQUESTS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

The restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.  This fee applies regardless of the circumstances surrounding the return or cancellation, including, but not limited to, cancellation requests made after an order has been processed or shipped, while merchandise is in transit, before delivery, after a delivery attempt or when deliver is refused or declined.  The fact that merchandise has not yet been delivered does not exempt an order from the restocking fee.  Failure to accept or take possession of a shipment does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund without the applicable restocking fee.

After seven (7) days from receipt of merchandise, refunds are no longer available.  We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or store credit based on the merchandise's condition, post-sale circumstances, and current market value.

ALL SALES OF SPECIAL-ORDER AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted.
